Why this matters to me.
I know what it’s like to feel voiceless — to believe that staying quiet is the only safe choice. That experience shaped everything I do. I believe that when people are given support, language, and a little courage, they can find their voice in even the hardest circumstances.
My commercial work helps professionals lead. My mission work helps women survive, recover, and rise. Both come from the same place.
The Dukhter Foundation
The Dukhter Foundation supports women in finding their strength, their rights, and their voice. Through awareness, education, and direct support, it works to ensure that women — especially those without resources or protection — are not left to face their hardest moments alone.
The BOLO Anti-Harassment Helpline
BOLO — meaning ‘speak up’ — is an anti-harassment helpline created to give people a safe, confidential way to seek help. It has supported hundreds of individuals in moments when speaking up felt impossible, offering guidance, support, and a path forward. It is the truest embodiment of everything I believe: that no one should have to stay silent to stay safe.
This work stands on its own.
It is not a selling point, and the people it serves are never used as proof of my coaching results. I share it here simply because it is part of who I am — and because I believe in being transparent about what drives me.
