One of the challenges introverted expats may encounter is managing expectations to be constantly social. It’s okay to set boundaries and prioritize self-care. Be open and honest with others about your introverted nature and the need for occasional solitude.

In social situations, find moments to step away and recharge, allowing yourself the space to rejuvenate. This self-awareness not only empowers you but also helps others understand and appreciate your unique needs.
